On Arvos with Andy, we had Darwin-based musician Charlie Prowling from The Black Pepper Band. Charlie joined us to talk about the band’s latest release, My Precious Time. On Arvos with Andy, we’re featuring an inspiring song from Australian country artist Rae Leigh. Rae shared that “Living For Today” was written on her own in Nashville in 2023 after several planned co-writing sessions were unexpectedly cancelled. What began as a change of plans became a deeply personal and heartfelt song. Stripped back with an acoustic-country sound, Living For Today encourages listeners to let go of comparison, embrace life one day at a time, and find hope in the present moment.
