This week’s 8CCC Feature Album is Young Prodigies, by the young prodigies themselves – Alice Kings.
A collective of young, predominately Indigenous MC’s from Mparntwe Alice Springs, Alice Kings features IllMatty, King O, Brotha Blinky, Rian & Russell. Joined by Kirra Voller and Indigo Fire on Belong, and Young Jye on No Stop, all their raps are written by the group and produced with the gentle stewardship and support from Dan the Underdog. Their music videos are filmed by DJ Kappakakee and edited by IllMatty.
They’ll be taking the album on the road over summer, after their launch pool party with friends at the Gap View on Sunday 23 November from 12pm, so check them out in the metropolises of Australia!
