Reflections: Central Craft 2018 Members Exhibition

Central Craft have recently had a makeover completed by Rooster Concept Constructions- who also worked on the recent 8CCC Studio refurbishment. Reflections is a good opportunity to see their refreshed space along with some fantastic works from their membership.

Central Craft are an Organisational Member of 8CCC and we thank them for supporting community radio in Alice Springs and Tennant Creek!

Alice Springs Beanie Festival needs your help!

New 8CCC sponsor, the Alice Springs Beanie Festival needs your help.  This festival is a jewel in Alice Springs' crown, celebrating creativity, community, knowledge and ideas sharing, building friendships and the wild and wacky, and it is largely run on volunteer energy.  Volunteers are needed in the lead up to and over the weekend of the 21-24 June to sort the thousands of beanies that are available for sale through Beanie Central, making cakes and soup to sell at the tea shop and help keep up the energy of festival goers, meeting and greeting visitors at the reception desk, serving people in the tea shop, selling beanies and staffing the gallery ... lots to do and lots of fun to be had.  You can book in for a 2 hour shift or more if you would like.
