Emmy was invited to play with Gleny Rae in her show ‘Shielas’, and is also hitting the streets busking with The Edge Fest Folks all week in Tamworth! The Edge Fest invites musicians of all ages and experience levels to take part in the 2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival 2025 through their Open Mic Busking Event.

IPAN continues to demand justice for Palestine – Kathryn Kelly

With Palestine still under threat despite a current ceasefire in Gaza, Kathryn Kelly from the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network (IPAN) joins the Big Brekky to highlight Australia’s implications in the genocide of Palestinians – including the role of Pine Gap – and demands Israel to be held to account.Kathryn was a founding co-convenor of the Alliance Against Political Prosecutors, advocating for truth tellers/whistleblowers. She visited Gaza and the West Bank in 2002 and 2003 and then founded the ‘Australians for Justice and Peace in Palestine’ organisation in Canberra in 2003.
