Food For Thought is a segment that celebrates the heart and soul of food in Darwin and the people behind it. Each week, we sit down with restaurant owners or chefs from the Top End to uncover the stories simmering behind their dishes. From family recipes to bold culinary experiments, we explore how food connects us across cultures, generations, and communities.
Hosted by certified food lovers, Frankie and Ronja, Food For Thought dives into the cultural importance of what we eat and why it matters, sparking delicious conversations about identity, belonging, and the evolving food culture of the Top End (and beyond!) and airs bi-monthly on Fridays from 7-8pm for Saltwater Radio
