Yarron
Yarron grew up in a household steeped in politics. His older brother was a minister in NSW Labor Governments. The Labor left plotted factional coups around his family’s dining room table, and deputy Prime Minister Jim Cairns crashed in his bed when in Sydney – though not with young Yarron in it.
David
Meanwhile, David went to South America fascinated by right wing dictatorships, only to have his travels rudely interrupted by the ultra leftist Sendero Luminoso terrorists.
Yarron and David chewed the political fat together at school back in the day. Decades later, they still haven’t swallowed it. And they bring it up together as Unrepresentative Swill each Saturday from 2 to 3pm on 8CCC.
