Producer – Nikola Van de Wetering
Nikola Van de Wetering is a freelance audio producer, Field Recordist & 8CCC volunteer.
Nikola has produced for ABC RN, the CBAA’s National Features and Documentary Series, 4ZZZ, CJSW, 8CCC and has been an active volunteer and presenter in Community Radio in both Australia and Canada.
Composer- Anders Pfeiffer
Alice Springs based multi-instrumentalist, Anders composed and performed the original music for this series, incorporating recycled sounds- field recordings from the tip!
Anders recorded with Ross Muir of Red Dirt Recordings to produce this local music.
Anders is a professional musician, a producer for 8CCC Sisters in Law, an Audio Describer and freelance events specialist.

8CCC Community Radio is happy to announce the launch of a new series of 12 Community Service Announcements (CSAs) addressing key areas of waste management in Alice Springs, Central Australia, and the broader NT.
These CSAs will be broadcast regularly across 8CCC’s programming for the next 24 months, with the objective of increasing public awareness of waste management programmes and strategies in the NT.
These CSAs were produced by Nikola Van de Wetering, with supervision production by Benjamin Erin, and feature such local voices as Diane Nampinjimpa Stokes (Tennant Creek), Steve Langton (Barkly Regional Arts), Jasmin Brook (Pyndan Camel Tracks), Oliver Eclipse (Alice Springs Town Council), Kim Mackay (Alice Springs Community Garden), and other Central Desert residents.
These announcements deliver a relatable community voice when it comes to issues surrounding waste management in our local and regional environments.
