8CCC has upgraded the Media Lab with three new computer workstations and a large display to support community media training.
Funded through the Community Benefit Fund the new workstations will allow 8CCC Radio volunteers and members of the Alice Springs community to develop cross platform digital media skills- from foundations in audio to video and graphic design.
Red Centre Technology Partners worked with us to build powerful 4k capable video editing machines within our budget, we were appreciative of the great support from a local business.
8CCC102 training is scheduled for the 23rd and 24th of February and will put these machines through their paces with our first intake of 8CCC Radio volunteers for 2019.
