It has a soft launch this weekend as part of a dual album launch with Dave Crowe out at Ilwempe Ilwempe White Gums, and otherwise won’t be available until the end of February 2026.

“Essentially, this album tracks my movements and moods over the past six years. It’s my momentum and I hope you can feel the energy of the people and the power of the places within it…
I wanted the music to grow out of the earth, out of the hearts and hands of the incredibly diverse and talented musicians in Alice Springs/Mparntwe. Compelled to represent the connections I found here, it was time for some momentum. Working with Dave Crowe, we captured the sounds of my colleagues from Alice Springs Chamber Orchestra and the haunting vocals of The Splinter Sisters. With my brother from another mother Billy Black, and brilliant bassist Kenny Glaze, we created an instrumental track which is the title track: Momentum. Finally, I gathered a crew of phenomenal musos at White Gums Ilwempe Ilwempe, where Jez Conlon brilliantly captured the live energy of our weekend of fabulous musical mayhem.”
