Stuart Liddell is a filmmaker, camera operator and editor who has worked over 15 years in the industry.
In 2013 he creatively wrote, co-directed and edited a 1hr TV special regaling the epic unicycle world record of TV actor Samuel Johnson which helped raise over $1m for breast cancer research.
Producing promotional video material for music festivals, theatre and dance productions and freelanced as an editor and camera operator for NGOs, town councils and small businesses. He has worked in TV news as an editor for ABC news Victoria and NBN Newcastle over a collective period of 5 years. Based in Alice Springs since 2015, he produces and technical-directs documentaries for organisations such as Central Australian Aboriginal Legal Aid, Indigenous Business Australia and the Northern Territory aboriginal governance body, Central Land Council.
He continues to provide his technical skills with local arts and media organisations (CAAMA, inCite Arts, 8CCC Community Radio) and writes, produces and talks fiction film recreationally.
