On Saturday December 4, 2021, Barkly Regional Arts will host the inaugural Barkly Artist Fair. This will be the first time that Art Centres from across this vast region have collaborated in a single showing. Artists from the Barkly Arts studios in Wutunugurra, Canteen Creek, Elliott and Tennant Creek will be represented alongside the Artists of Ampilatwatja, the Tennant Creek Brio, Arlpwe art and culture centre and Utopia art centre.Katie Lynch, Visual Arts Manager at Barkly Regional Arts, says “this is a fantastic opportunity for collectors and first-time buyers alike, to view and purchase select pieces from some of Australia’s most reputable and promising Aboriginal art centres.
