8ccc was a finalist for two ‘Voxies’ at the recent Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) Awards.
The national awards were for Best Small Station and Best New Talks Program for Centralian Yarns and to get into the finals is something to be proud of. The judges said competition was very stiff this year, and stated, “the finalists are examples of the best of the best in Australia this year”. So congratulations to all those involved in 8CCC during this last 12 months, and for all who contributed to the series, Centralian Yarns.
