Rotary Club President-Elect Virginia Loy speaks to 8CCC’s Kate Lyons-Dawson about this year’s Bangtail Muster, kicking off in the centre of Mparntwe-Alice Springs at 10.30am on May Day.
The annual event is a major fundraiser for the Rotary Club and a highlight of the town’s family-friendly calendar, especially for the Alice Springs Girl Guides, who always put on a good show.
The march will head north up Todd Street, through Todd Mall, to the Anzac Oval carpark, leaving from Town Council lawns at about 10.30am on Monday morning.
