Darcy Davis spoke to the Brekky Show from the highway back to Mparntwe, about the superb performance by UPK Allstars at WOMAD on the weekend. Beginning in the 1980s as a way to share important messages to community around health and education, UPK is a multi-generational music project based in the APY lands. UPK Allstars is a collection of artists who have featured on their seven albums of original songs in Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara language.
