Owen Kelly, local architect, facilitator of Mparntwe Speaks and Director of Dogspike Design & Architecture, wrapped up 2025 with a focus on the Todd Mall redevelopment, introducing the 8CCC Brekky Show listeners to the concept of ‘hardware’ – the buildings, roads, lighting etc and ‘software’ or way people inhabit and utilise the spaces.
