Spokesperson for Justice Not Jails, Stephen Enciso, spoke to 8CCC’s Kate Lyons-Dawson about  an open letter addressed to the Finocchiaro Government in anticipation of the pepper spray trial launching on Monday September 1st. This is signed by a broad coalition of civil society organisations who are alarmed at the law-and-order policies introduced by the CLP Government. Included was an excerpt from a press conference where Minister Robyn Cahill spoke on this letter in the question part at an announcement on business innovation grants.
