Despite a rocky start to celebrations that saw the necessary rescheduling of the NAIDOC Awards & March, this year’s NAIDOC Celebrations in Tennant Creek look bigger and better than ever.
Amongst the highlights – including today’s Elders’ Lunch – this year also sees the return of the NAIDOC Ball on Saturday, July 12 and a special chance to celebrate those who have paved the way for today’s progress, in fitting with this year’s NAIDOC theme ‘The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy’.
